I like that they will make time to listen to what we have to say.
Currently, my peers, in the past 2 years, I have lost the positivity that I once felt, if not for my direct peers, I would hate coming to work.
Not sure if I would say what makes me the happiest but knowing that I can make a difference in a person's life. Knowing that I do this for my family keeps me going no matter what.
Being under paid is a way to feel undervalued. The cost of living has increased everywhere; while getting a bunch of Teams recognition is nice, I cannot pay my bills with them, while we may get a 2% yearly increase, it does not make a difference when our benefits also increase in price every year.
For my team, I work with individuals who have who have the same positive work ethic, who are passionate about going above and beyond. We work well with each other and when need all hands-on deck, I know we can count on each other. I cannot say this about everyone I work with, just my direct peers.
