I have been here 9 years and overall I've enjoyed it, but lately things have been harder, the clients are not consistent and we do not have consistent classes to hire for. I would like to see more opportunities to advance within my role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that Concentrix is inclusive and diverse and encourages those things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear communication, less micromanagement, and learning to trust the people you've hired to do the jobs we were hired to do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is amazing. No one is ever afraid to ask questions or jump in and help wherever and whenever we are needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Currently executive leadership is making everything a lot harder than it needs to be. We have too many systems that don't talk to each other and we are micromanaged to within an inch of our life. Advisors make more than recruiters on average. Wages need to be higher.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in this company for 9 years and have over 14 years of experience in my field. Per Glassdoor I am severely underpaid based on my experience and education in comparison to other people in similar roles in my geographical area. Cost of living keeps going up and wages don't match.
