sometimes i feel like i do too much, and no one cares in all the work behind

The freedoom and open mind they keep us as a team, always looking for new ways to change the game

we vibe! it's so cool how we all share the same energy and vision, we could be around the globe, but the connection feels close
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload keeps growing and the team keeps shrinking, the new responsibilities do not match the salary. I mean is an opportunity to shine and grow, but it would be nice the reciprocity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sometimes they seem keen and connected with the team, even if the workload is heavy, most of the time they at least try to connect in a personal way with the team, and it's valued!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im short staffed but I like my job. Would I like to earn more? SURE! But at the same time I understand the challenges so I keep doing my best and raising the standard, even if im short staffed and my bandwith is not always as broad as I would like
