The answer suggestions in this form dont seem to be adapted to european countries. Either 20 to 30 days of or unlimited ? I am sorry but in many european countries, we get more than 30 days, but we dont have unlimited holidays neither The hours we work/day, 7h or less: 7h per day is my contract ..

Income are low and we don't have a lot of employee benefits compare with other companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No salary increase in many years, the few % of increase don't cover the inflation, very far from that. The benefits besides the salary are very low, we are such a big group and compare with other company much smaller, we dont have benefits for employees
