Just a daily grind, occasionally have fun moments but overally very mundane. Little interaction. I do like that we're not micromanaged. We're assigned a task or tasks and trusted to get them done, which is probably the best part of the whole experience.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We just don't interact much, so I can't say much about them, positive or negative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
adequate pay for work providd, mentioned repeatedly by myself and others, on my team and in other departments, with no result over the course of several years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked with Concentrix for several years and pay barely ncreases. Pursued professional development on my own but compensation has not reflected that. Overall pay and total rewards are low compared with the market rates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of motivation due to previously mentioned issues. Work is boring and I feel totally unmotivated. It's just a way to make a little money, not even what I'm worth, and I'm always relieved when it's clock out time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They call us game changers, but they don't really make us feel that way, and the previously mentioned compensation issues don't help. I can honestly say for myself that it affects my motivation and productivity, because I feel little reason to go above and beyond when even managers are underpaid.
