They understand the amount of pressure and stress we are under.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel that the value I bring to Concentrix should be met with a clear and comprehensive pay package for Team Leaders. We are regularly provided a 2% wage increase which ends up being around $800 a year at best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think people managers wear a lot of different hats and fill many roles which save the company money. To retain the top talented managers a better pay scale could be implemented instead of quarterly bonuses. Wages have not caught up with inflation.
