I like to work and improve but I am demotivated as no matter how hard I work I will still get paid the same and there is no transparency of the incentives. The amount that does gets paid also gets reduced by the superiors which makes me want to rethink staying here

Everyone is friendly and there are always some or the other events that keeps us entertained
What makes you most happy at work?
Improving productivity and Outperforming everyone (recognition, promotions and incentives would keep motivated as I am currently losing it profusely)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The incentives arent transparent, and the times we have worked for also gets reduced from the backend so the compensation due also gets reduced which is unfair lack of recognition is provided to the performing employees which demotivates them to go out of their way to perform,
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They change the clock in times without even consulting the agents even though they tell the members that they can log in early also change is very difficult to bring in the system even if it is for good and there is a poor change management system. There is lack of recognition and transparency
