The team for my project do everything that is on their part.. The problem is the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no positive. Concentrix is doing the bare minimum and taking the perks that once had. The only thing that makes the day better is the people of my project
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is the bare minimum and, at least in my project, due to the client data and everything is not enough. There is different compensations amounts, which is unfair. The meal allowance is not enough. The compensation is for the minimum when the company wants the most.
