I personally do enjoy what I do and my team leader and co workers. I also appreciate the events CNX creates as they are a much needed break from the daily routine. I wish these events were more frequent and I also wish we were given longer term contracts and this can create anxiety.
What makes you most happy at work?
Spending time with my team and the mini events and goodies CNX provides.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my wage did not raise accordingly and only to match the current minimal legal wage in the country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has been very helpful and understanding with any of my queries or requests and has been fast to action.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are very helpful and kind. They thought me the most and I always look forward to being with my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like my team leader and my co workers, the job itself is also not extremely stressful and even if there's more workload everyone is very quick to offer assistance.
