The focus is on what does the client want and no care whatsoever how we reach the target, as long as we reach it, dead or alive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at truly caring about the people who do the work; showing real, consistent care through actions, not just words, while strengthening communication, follow?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More empathy towards us. Stop blaming us and instead guide us on how we can achieve the goals together. Practical guidance, not just say: do better, but actually show me how
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive parts of the culture are the great coffee and the flexibility to attend my medical appointments without stress. Those small but meaningful supports make the environment feel more manageable and positive.

What makes me happiest at work is having my work bestie around and the days when the coffee machine actually works. Those small moments of connection and comfort make the day feel lighter and more enjoyable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team within the team is amazing. We can always reach out to each other and support each other. But we are limited in the quality of support we can give due to the fear of missing the target

One of the best things about my team is how we genuinely help each other. The collaboration is fantastic, and we create our own fun while getting the job done. Even with multiple teams on site, ours feels especially supportive and connected.
