I have been employed since October 20, 2025. A new chapter in my life. Many thematic challenges, IT, language skills in English (I speak Polish and German), interesting experiences in solving customer problems. Technical difficulties with internal systems. Support from the team leader.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Connection with customers. Customers often no longer listen to us, or we no longer listen to the customers. Some topics related to business hours require additional training, as we often cannot solve the problems of business customers.
