I love it I have had the opportunity to learn new skills and assets to add to my resume. I have learned that even though I may feel like I cannot do something I will never know unless I jump in and try. The experience has been a great one and def. a learning experience
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am able to help make a difference in how well someone is performing and help them to grow as agents so that they can take that information and use it daily. I am happy that I have a job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many different people here that all bring experience and quality to the team that we can all learn and build from. I love that they make sure to have food days once a week and show us that we are appreciated when they can
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to make sure that we get the job done correctly and accurately. We are able to openly communicate with each other and build each other into better employees. I like that we can call out what needs to change but what is also working well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are willing to teach me to become a better employee and leader. They have always seen that can be a valued asset to the company and pushed me to do things that I normally wouldn't be confident doing myself. Their guidance means a lot and helps me build by career.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we are the ones that keep the company running, We all have a needed position here or we would not be here. What I am getting paid is not fair for the time I have been here and the promotions I have received. There are people just starting making what I am if not more than what I am .
