Things used to be very different at this job. Now we pretty much work very hard and get overlooked for everything that we do with not having the same opportunities provided as your peers. It just makes you feel a little bit undervalued. But you still gotta show up every day and give y'all.

This is hard to say because we are not all treated the same .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued because I work hard and i get over looked . As hard as I work and show dedication to this job, I should be paid more for everything that I do. I go above and beyond every month even when I don't feel like it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everyone should be treated the same no matter who thay are . Opportunities should be available to everyone that is performing well. Our performance should not be overlooked. We should feel valued. There is no perks forworking here and doing hard work.You just get more work added on with no recognit
