Overall my experience has been positive in terms of learning and teamwork. However, growth opportunities and leadership effectiveness need improvement. Promotions should be fair and based on merit, and stronger mentorship from capable leaders would make the workplace better.

To guide them with skills, fair on task, real time closer. In TTBU i am giving LinkedIn sources leads converted as employees. Bring Campus hiring to company for low cost channel help.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being dedicated and fair to my responsibilities makes me happiest at work. Doing my job with sincerity, giving my best effort, and knowing I contribute positively helps me feel satisfied and work without any guilt.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To fair in terms of appraisal & promotion. In talent acquisition Gurugram team cl-12, cl-11, cl-10 are waiting for double for 6th day pay and over time hours pay. We have requested but always been denied.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company culture can improve with more fairness and transparency in promotions. Leadership roles should go to skilled and deserving employees. Extra efforts like overtime and working 6 days should be properly compensated with OT or double pay to boost morale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Un fair promotions on the basic of self made team. Skilled and overtime given TTBU executive are been neglected, seems if they will be promoted then who will do their work. I am the victim for the same. It's been 6 years waiting for promotion from CL-10 to CL-9 A. Leadership is holding it.
