It was good first, but it is slowly getting worse. Now we have temporary TM . I am slowly getting used to not having team meetings. The fact that we do not get a-mails with information in is annoying we must find it ourself on time we do not have. The union has tried to fix this but with no luck.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have developed a humor that takes us trough everything.
What makes you most happy at work?
Lunch with workmates, we finally have time to talk about work an customers and how to cope.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't have teammeetings so I'm not sure we had 2 meetings in 1 year. Not really making the team feeling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We got the pay lowered when entering another part of the company inspire of working more I would like my original pay.
