Like i have said before there are good things, but some can be improved on, like Payroll pay queries that i don't like, also internships for members or opportunities at new campaigns.

I have worked here for quite some time; I have tried my best to advance my career but little visibility. would like more but yes a lot to improve on people like me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly the people. They make the difference

They are attentive and work well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The peoples honestly they have made this place home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager i would say is best cause he is straightforward and that is needed.

They are very smart, humble and though new they work together to keep momentum. I APPRECIATE THEM

You really can come as you are here and I appreciate that as someone who is part of the minority.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well how accommodating they can be, but i do wish they would speak of me in rooms of great opportunities where i know i would thrive as i study and work, that is an opportunity to grow skillset and have someone who knows and lives Concentrix mission and values
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have advisor on my workday but in these 3 years I have been a sme , a trainer, supervisor and report analyst. But my WD shows advisor. what's sad about that is I see a lot of folks here getting promoted and I wonder why I haven't gotten the opportunity with all the experience that I have,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well i used to be a certain level in my job on workday, and when it came to me having to be paid according to my title on and job grade on workday i was returned to customer service adviser with no warning no conversation. And that impacted my confidence as i have been here for about 3 years.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again I have given this organisation the best that i can, but feel that i am only remebered when there is a need for a photo op. But inclusivity and change i haven't seen it and we have the EE Plan stating the but no inquiry is made, and now after working so hard to get off the dialer, I'm back agai
