Help is received whenever we approach

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership demands, sarcasm and comparisons made. Leadership team showing impatience most of the time.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Mandate wellness sessions for managers (CL 9 and above). Mid year conversations should be held fruitfully instead of on the go.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no OT for Supervisors and managers expect us to work for 12 hours and get the work done. So OT and monthly recognition with points along with quarterly travel plans should be given.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Making real time arrangement of resources by blackmailing. They blame it on the Client demands them expect us to be flexible with our role instead of hiring people for that department. Also Leadership team should give some time to groom the subordinates who are just moving into 9B from a 10.
