
Poor knowledge of product and having to search for every answer
Although the training was poor, coworkers came together to help each other.
The only way for this to improve is by having qualified trainers in place and having an itinerary. Training was all over the place.
While working at Concentrix the onboarding process was horrible. Numerous emails asking for the same information, HR documents were not received in a timely manner. The hiring and training process was rushed so that employees are available for peak season; hence poor customer service.
