The company tries to make it seem that they care about their employees but unfortunately they do not. It is all lip service as they will and have many times shown that the only real concern is for profits.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My ability to be a perm WAH.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can not comment as I have no experiences with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it was better aligned to industry standards and was tied to inflation and cost of living.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture on my team is not genuine which is not anything I can control nor does my manager show any interest in understanding.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The culture on my team does not feel genuine and as such I do not trust my team hence my feeling of not wanting to interact with them.
