My personal experience has been great! My leaders have helped me grow, shown me they care about me as a person, and worked hard to help me however I need. I honestly don't have much to complain about.

It's good, but it's so big that I think there are areas that aren't as tight as they could be (and some areas can get too siloed). Money isn't the best either, but it's decent. I won't lie though, they're very flexible and have helped me through a lot. I get a ton of fulfillment working here.

Concentrix doesn't pay as well as competitor companies for similar roles.

We all mesh very well together and have the freedom to work on our projects without sacrificing creativity.

Everyone seems genuinely interested in helping people grow and teaching them the skills they need to further their career.

The members of the leadership team I have met have been friendly and approachable, which makes things a lot easier.

I get paid decent for what I do in my area. The incentive plan at the end of the year is good too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate co-workers, and most of the people in my orbit, are genuinely some of the best people I've ever met. I love them to pieces, and they are great at what they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally feel the pay I receive is a bit lower compared to what I could make in my market at other companies. However, for my life and circumstances, the company provides other benefits that help make up for that, like deep flexibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People here seem largely to be super on board with helping and supporting each other through everything. And everyone, for the most part, is really invested in their role. There are people here who will probably be friends for life, even if I leave.
