What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a proactive team that takes initiative and doesn't wait for direction. They have each others backs and will assist any team as their own.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We manage programs with risk and reward but never see our efforts financially when the program is rewarded. Tenured team members compensation vs street to hire needs to be re-evaluated. As more demands are placed on roles, compensation should also be reviewed to align with the added responsibility
