I like that they are communicating more especially with all the COVID concerns and what is going on right now in the world

I do think for the amount of people I support and the amount of hours I actually work on a consistent basis the compensation package should be better

I would like more support as I'm doing the work of 2-3 people and I love to work and will continue to give it my all and strive to exceed expectations
