We didn't get annual raises for years....even to keep up with inflation. as such i feel that in comparison to other companies we are lower.
I feel that only receiving a 1,3-1.5 % raise and a token bonus every year is not reflective on perform and job load increase and the increase cost in living and base pay is well below industry standard. It's at the point when loyalty to manager is no longer enough to outweigh trying to survive
