The compensation and benefits are lower than other competitors

Toxic environment, lack of recognition, leader's approach are the worse part.

They are always concerned about our development and also about our culture.

There are a lot of gossip, lack of trust, etc. Toxic environment.

I feel that I am always learning and developing myself, as person and professional
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is lower than the market offers. And internally salaries are different among people with same role / responsibilities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no recognition, development or concern about the staff team. Goals and pressure out off limits. Salaries are different among people with same role. People are promoted because they are friends of leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the company could have a Comp and Ben for each country to check the salaries for our industry and the same applies internally, since there are colleagues with salaries much higher than others, with similar job roles and responsibilities.
