Overall, I enjoy working with Concentrix. I would of course, prefer that the pay were more competitive, as it has caused me to seek employment elsewhere. I don't wish to leave Concentrix, but without competitive wages, it's become impossible for me to stay.

Site leadership is disconnected and judgmental. Individual team leadership is the exact opposite.

Seeing the potential for game changers to elevate their personal wellbeing and status with opportunities to promote
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health care is not taken seriously when management 'pushes back' if an employee is having a health crisis at work about if they can use PTO.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a positive difference for our staff makes me the most happy at work. I can see the contributions I make in real-time. It's extremely fulfilling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are the bottom of the barrel for compensation across all levels for the area we work in. We lose more employees for better wages than we do for any other reason. (for self withdrawal, not behaviour/absenteeism)
