We all contribute as a team at Concentrix!

They fanatical about their staff!

My team is always flexible and willing to lend their time and knowledge to make sure we get the job done.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers. The energy and vibes we give to each other help the day go by and ideas continuing to flow!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For about 2 years now, we have been told that raises are on hold either because of the convergys/concentrix merge, or because of covid spending.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to leave a positive long lasting impression with our employees and showing them how valued they are makes me the most happy at Concentrix.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have built strong relationships over the years and most will always go the extra mile or go out of their way to help you if you are in a jam!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For 2 years now, with the merger from Concentrix and Convergys and now with COVID-19, annual raises have been skipped. What would be awesome is if the company could go back and retro pay those to their employees that were given high ratings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are fanatical about our clients and staff, so we do all we can locally on site to ensure our employees are happy like raffles, praise and recognition, etc.. We want all of our employees on site and otherwise WAH to feel valued. This is what I feel is the most positive because recognition is key!
