I think that the company can be more transparency about the future they want to pursue and how, clearly speaking not using general words, what is the next steps, instead to expect to us to dicover it.
CNX has too much layers and VPs....need to be simple in hierarchy and in the process, otherwise, the structure will swallow the best talents and in consequence, lose them.

compensation should reflect what the market is paying for and the last survey made by the company has more than 3 years age
