What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their employees, Show appreciation when they see hard work. Stop showing favoritism. It would be such a better work place if they treated everyone the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management makes us feel undervalued because they dont care how we feel. They barely talk to us and they spread more negativity then positivity . It seems like everyone hates being here having to deal with people .
