Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
In general, satisfied with my company, the key area of concerns is the amount of hours that need to be worked to do a good job, very little work life balance and nearly impossible to take a real vacation. It has become the norm to work a lot even when you are on vacation.

There are a lot of layers of approvals, even for smaller items. When things get hot, LOTS of pointing fingers vs working together to solve.
What makes you most happy at work?
solving a clients needs with in a way they didn't initially think of. Winning a new deal based on teamwork of Ops, AM, and other support groups.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available to discuss strategy on a solution that best meets the clients needs - no matter how big or small and even if it is slightly different than any construct we've done before. Willing to take risks for the best interest of our clients.
