I have been a loyal employee for over a decade and have stayed simply due to family hardships that leaving my position would not allow. My file is abysmal with only a write up for tardiness after losing childcare for my daughter. None of my 8 positions are notated,or my interviews for advancement
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have had to really fight for every promotion I've received for this company and threaten to leave multiple times while doing a position but not have a title or pay compensation. Now there is no opportunity for advancement listed for external. candidates

I am burnt out, overworked, understaffed and under paid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It alternates between positive and negative depending on the team I'm moved to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My one team member is very organize and professional and a great team player.

I honestly don't know. i do not see a huge change from the old Convergys, other than paint and powerpoints.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on Tenure and comparable role I am well under the median for my position. I cannot afford to utilize the medical benefits and eat.

I have requested a pay scale review 2 years ago and was never addressed. I have done multiple positions without a pay increase and have never received a kudos or even note to file, thank you, bonus or anything. Then once applying for the position was not selected on several different positions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I started at a physical location and have had no choice during covid to be work at home and the location is now closed. With no ability to get a laptop I am tied to my desk and home all day everyday not only for work but home duties. There are days I don't see the light of day.
