Good and fair advancement opportunities. Challenging roles and projects, that are achievable. Helpful and proficient supervisors. I started as an agent and have been promoted at least twice. The pay is a little low, and the cost of benefits is a little high.

I started at the bottom and have worked my way up. I have not gotten every promotion that I applied for, but I have had multiple opportunities, and support from leadership, to keep pursuing advancement. This company is very good for doing that.

I started at the bottom and have moved up, comfortably, over the years. My Management has always been supportive, and, at least in the last 15 years, top-notch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are extremely fair and inclusive!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of PTO that I receive due to seniority.

My PTO Days are very nice, as they scale with tenure.

Helping people, followed closely by the satisfaction of getting a job done and doing it well.

My Team is great to work with, those I manage, my colleagues, and my direct managers.

That they get the contracts to keep us in business, and give us the tools to meet those contracts.

We all support each other work-wise and emotionally, both. We like to have good (clean) fun and we all work hard.

They really, truly, care about you as a person and work to make you happy and retain you as a continuing employee.

They listen to concerns and do their best to address them. They care, truly, about their Staff, as well as our clients!

Although I am not a minority, nor LGBT, nor aged, I absolutely adore, and support wholeheartedly, the company's commitment to inclusion and fairness.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team is focused, and works hard toward our goals. They are also nice people, in general, and fun to "be around" albeit virtually.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love our DEI culture! The WHOLE company, CEO and down, seems truly behind all aspects of acceptance and inclusion, and even celebration of, differences.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most happy? Truthfully, that would be the comfort of working from home. However, what makes me most happy about the actual work is the challenge of new and different things. They come along commonly enough to keep things fresh, but not overwhelming.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is on the low side of this field, not only nationwide, but also in my own State, which is historically on the low side, anyway. So, we, in this role, in this State are on the low side of low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The camaraderie and the Teamwork. The hard work we all put in. We all pull our fair share of work, and more, and we are all dedicated to getting the job done and are more than happy to help out any other Staff member or on any other project or job needing to be done. That is true dedication.
