Stronger management, being held to an equal level of contribution to the team. 1/2 are hard works and 1/2 are not.

Company growth and development - however I do feel like there is a much bigger focus on sites outside the United States

Concentrix is a whole pays less across the board for the middle management and lower level contributors that hold up the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The thought of championing our people, great in theory, but not always realistic when it come to the needs of the business and our client demands
