I couldnt have a better manager - she truly cares about me (as a person!).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Rate of pay. This is a company with a reputation of treating their employees well however I don't feel that. Compensation that matches my value and performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. I feel undervalued and have felt that way for a long time now. I don't feel that I am being paid fairly and that does affects my motivation on a daily basis, as the company does not value my work.
