Company has great initiatives and plans, it's the execution by some of the leaders that are failing that tarnishes the good work by other worthwhile leaders. Unfortunately the "louder" voice in the room still takes the mike, rather than actions speaking for itself.

Open door policy, you can reach out to anyone from all levels anywhere in the organisation and they'll help you

Camaraderie within the team. And a select few in the exec team who shines and lights fires of engagement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Openness, honesty, willingness to help. Again, there are those that pull more than their weight and there are those that could improve on their professionalism, but overall we have a great team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy, ability to reach out to anyone within or outside the department and they'll still give you time. But that's highly dependent on the individuals as opposed to the entire leadership team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Perception is tenured staff get less than those hired in from the market, as they would come at market rate by those tenured do not get pay rises in step so over the years, a same role is potentially paid less than the market.
