In my time here, I've grown exponentially. I am still in my early professional years, and I've been offered endless opportunities to learn new things and grow my career. My Manager takes time to invest in me and my future, and I feel like I am a very valued member of my team and department.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have great medical benefits, which has proven to be incredibly helpful these past few months

I love having team meetings and getting to check in with my coworkers about things they are working on

They are all unique - Everyone on the SET brings something to the table and each one of them contributes to what makes us Concentrix!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really feel like I am valued - I am pushed to do my best and I have grown as a professional and as a person because of it

My team is the best - Everyone is so supportive and loving and I feel like I can approach each member of my team about anything and they will be there to offer a word of advice or an opinion
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Concentrix really strives to live its culture of being Fanatical about its staff, especially in my department. We take the time to praise and recognize one another, and I feel that brings a welcoming environment and spirit to each work day.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to work on really interesting campaigns, when I get some extra time to catch up with my coworkers who I may not get to talk with every day, and when I get to watch the company grow and evolve in its size and capabilities in real time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like my Managers truly care about me, my wellbeing, and my growth here at Concentrix. They invest time in me and allow me to challenge myself when taking on projects. I feel that they genuinely listen to me, my feelings, and my concerns. I know I can always come to them for support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to lend one another a helping hand. We understand the nature of our work can be really intense and fast paced, and we are always there to support each other. We also just gel so well as a group - We enjoy spending time together on calls catching up and chatting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I am not being compensated at proper market value. I do a significant amount of work for my team and am someone they consistently rely on for task completion, which I always handle promptly and to the best of my ability. I feel my pay doesn't reflect the value I bring to my team.
