From my experience it is a rollercoaster of highs and lows. Love my team and my direct manager and prior to the change-up of teams I loved my job role however since then my role is less varied and not enjoyable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They keep me motivated, I have the best relationship with my team in and out of work time
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My team and I don't get a lot of recognition and I feel we are only called out when not achieving (which is really rare), and not when we are doing really well. Difficult to stay motivated having back to back groups and no time to catch our breath in between.
