It is hard to attend town halls and hear about how well the company is doing and not get a raise. We no longer even have performance evaluations. In a town hall someone speaking came right out and said, "We aren't giving raises..." and moved right along. It is really shameful.

Fix/upgrade the technology we use. DB7, the primary system I use each day, has so many gaps. Some letters are programmed to go out directly from DB7, others are not and manually creating them is very time consuming and a poor use of time and resources.
