Hire middle managers with experience and that aren't people who have worked there for years. They aren't equipped to be in their positions

The pay is much more in line with my experience than at my previous job.

With the recent re-org, (6% of the company, delivery services and sales) are getting laid off, management has not been very cooperative about end dates, even though those RIF'ed employees are allowed to leave before exit date if going to a partner, causing anger and bitterness.

Working with my team, achieving good solutions and agreement within the teams projects. Completing tasks.

Many changes with re-org and those trying to leave, being held back and those staying, not sure what the future holds for them with their position changing.
