The leadership team does a great job at providing necessary structure, direction and feedback to employees through the town hall meetings.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on making Crestron a fun and enjoyable place to work by compensating employees fairly and making investments in headcount so exisiting staff does not get overworked or suffer from burnout. Morale is at an all time low and delaying raises cast doubt on the future of the company

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits offered to employees. The Company does a great job of offering plans that are affordable. They also add cost-saving measures to the plan so that employees can save money on healthcare.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No effort is made to make things fun at work. Offices are outdated, perks do not match other tech companies, Im excluded from team building events. 3-5% raises (when offered) are pay cuts when inflation is 8%

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the Company culture is warm welcome you get from the start and that you are a part of the family. Employees are recognized for their hard work and accomplishments and have a sense of belonging.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Crestron is a technology company stuck in the past. They will never recruit or retain top talent unless they adapt to be an enticing place to work. Cutting company parties and merit increases while executive staff continue to travel business class around the world is tone deaf.
