What is the best part about your compensation package?
CVS Health tries to bring in equity (fair pay for similar experience/position). Bonus is almost always paid more than what is associated with the position. RSUs (or equity) is not that generous

I do feel undervaklued when I compare myself with others in the organization that have similar responsibility and accountability but have higher roles
