Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Equity is something I have appreciated and does keep me employed long term. Not fully funding so I don't get it each year was a real disappointment in 2019.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Corporate management needs to get involved at store level and attempt to do what we do on a daily basis to understand our needs better, going on Undercover Boss would be a great start
