What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and collaboration across various group needs to improve. Currently it seems that operations is segmented which impacts understanding and delays resolutions for issues. It also hurts morale as people start to feel like they are not part of a team working towards the big picture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are not on par with other fortune 500 companies. Health insurance is way too expensive.

With the lack of clarity of roles, it is difficult to really say why. I can say that being innovative and curious, causes more issues. Role clarity would go a long way to better explain why I feel as I do

Very smart people that work for each other, there is no loyalty to the company

Many are not dynamic in their thinking and only function within the parameters set for them. With an evolving business, being open minded and flexible is crucial.

Very flat leadership structure gives you more visibility than at other companies.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
communication, role clarity, hierarchy, processes need to be created and documented. Leadership training for those that are program directors or directors.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No structure, no documented processes (so people interpret what they want and do as they want) lack of team dynamic and communication or role clarity
