What do you like best about the leadership team?
Depth of knowledge, some of the smartest minds in medicine! And very creative, it's refreshing to work with out of the box thinkers.

Scope of work increased far beyond the current compensation package.

Pay is no longer competitive, I've asked for an adjustment but haven't heard back. Disappointing because I love the company but I'm feeling undervalued.

I would like a raise because of the volume of work I am taking on. And I don't want my maternity leave to be used against me as a reason for not increasing compensation (which is illegal...). Also, why do we only have six paid holidays?!

I am surrounded by incredibly smart and passionate people for our mission. Leadership does a great job of allowing accountability throughout the organization and coaching those to develop as needed. The team takes a lot of pride in what we do and it shows through the energy we bring everyday.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is a balance of enablement, collaboration and supportive teamwork. Everyone is supportive of the mission becoming a singular motivation for the team. Everyone respects the roles of coworkers at both corporate and field levels.

I love how accessible senior leadership is (VPs, etc). I think we're all mission minded. It's flexible allowing working parents to be present with kids and work. We have big goals that are cool to be apart of.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The decision was made quickly and the recruiter was very responsive. The recruiter reached out and suggested I was a better fit for another role, I interviewed with the hiring manager and was offered the job within a week. That speed gave me confidence in the team and myself.

4-5 interviews is excessive for a mid manager role

I get a lot of energy from the team, the innovation and the clear direction the team is heading. It is not everyday that there is an opportunity to change healthcare and with that, people's lives.

More of an inviting culture and atmosphere. Opportunities to grow without needing all the personal connections. Less of a clique environment from management
