What are some of the best things about your team?I have some people who give me their all. I have others that were hired and who are only there for a pay check, DG is my baby and I've been putting my 110% in. It seems like I'm the only one who cares
What did you like most about the interview process? It was very easy and where i already had experience in the roll it made it that much more easier
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making sure there are enough hours to schedule so that no one is working by themselves more than 3 hours, there should be manager or assistant manager in the store from open to close if customers need to talk to them , a lead / key carrier shouldn't have to deal with customer complaints, questions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better training and more teamwork
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Be more willing to help and work as a team
