    I'm glad i gave a job that pays decent and i love what i do, just wish i had more of me to make my team better

    I have some people who give me their all. I have others that were hired and who are only there for a pay check, DG is my baby and I've been putting my 110% in. It seems like I'm the only one who cares

    Making sure there are enough hours to schedule so that no one is working by themselves more than 3 hours, there should be manager or assistant manager in the store from open to close if customers need to talk to them , a lead / key carrier shouldn't have to deal with customer complaints, questions
