I feel the parental leave policy could be leveled up. Quality maternity leave is a really big expense and I understand why it would be tough to swallow, but I fear the company will lose some of its top female talent if they can't provide adequate support to mothers.

It was very organized, I was able to request to talk to exactly who I would be working with, and everyone had great things to say about the product and team. It was honest in that everyone knows there is a lot of work to do but outlook was positive.
