What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager is violating work laws and it can be fixed if someone in the higher up of authority can step in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Paid time off. Paid Over time. Able to request days needed off. Not having to cover my own shift when I am sick.
