I worked at a dunkin' in salisbury, MD. Not only was I transferred without my consent or knowledge, but I was transferred to a location known for overwork and bad management. When I left, I attempted to lodge a complaint against the manager and was told there was no HR department. Don't work here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We did not have meetings. My coworkers were constantly stressed and did not handle it well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hated working there. The manager was rude to customers and employees and would give out worse chores to those who she liked less.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not lying to their workers, treating them fairly, and actually helping then rather than being shady, not allowing us to lodge complaints, and transferring us without knowledge or consent.
