terrible. every manager i had treated me and my other coworkers poorly. one manager i had constantly complained and talked down on about other employees to either me or another coworker of mine. customers were sometimes rude, sometimes they were nice. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone.

What are some of the best things about your team?
my coworkers are the only good thing about my team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The manager always causes problems for coworkers and never stops or de-escalates problems. She encourages drama and people talking down on each other. she tells employees to yell at costumers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They don't train employees the same way so not everyone knows how to make everything or do everything. Because of this, the store ends up being dirty and things get made wrong. There's also a lot of employees quitting after a few months.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to be more professional and considerate of their employees and need to be aware of what products are expired or gone bad before expiration date. they also need to work on better protection of minors who work there, they respond to their concers about safety by saying "get a day job".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They overwork me and don't consider the fact that I am also a college student. I am also a woman and have been there for almost a year and men who have goten there that I had to train get paid more than me and receive better treatment then me but I train almost all new employees.
