Paid time off or a raise. Literally one of those 2 things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid and overworked. I would appreciate at the very least PAID TIME OFF. But if for some reason that's absolutely impossible to achieve, then I would like a raise. An extra 100 dollars will do me nicely.
