I had a horrible experience with my managers in my store i was threatened by another employee And they did not care at all if you have self respect and want to be treated fairly dont work here

The nice customers and not working with toxic management

It was easy they just hand out jobs to kids
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Teach people basic social skills and dont put unstable people in management positions and allow them to abuse everone under them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was threatened and then fired for not being okay with having my life threatened by a shift leader cause she was in a bad mood
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They dont care about how employess are treated or their saftey concerns within the work place. I have never been treated so poorly in my life by managers and supervisors
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need sensitivity training and learn how to handle situations with out just exploding and acting like a child and threatening other employees and not just cutting hours more than half with no warning something needs to change
